Northcoast Marketplace (formerly Lake Erie Factory Outlet Center) is conveniently located immediately north of the Ohio Turnpike (I-80/90) at the northwest corner of U.S. Route 250 and Mason Road, approximately 7 miles south of Sandusky, Ohio, in Milan Township. Our primary goal is to develop a center that caters to the local clientele, providing them value and service in the areas of: retail, entertainment, business opportunities, adult education, health services, home furnishings and home decor, and a bridal commons.
